Presentation Guidelines

Oral Presentations

• General Session Speakers will have 20 minutes for presentation of slides and response to questions. We ask that speakers plan to talk for no more than 16 minutes and to allow 4 minutes for questions and discussion.
• Bakeoff Session Speakers (after 4:20pm on the 14th) will have 15 minutes for presentation of slides and response to questions. We ask that speakers plan to talk for no more than 12 minutes and to allow 3 minutes for questions and discussion.

Poster Presentations

• Poster presenters will have 5 minutes for a brief oral presentation of their main findings. This time limit will be strictly enforced. After the brief oral presentation, there will be a one-hour period for viewing for individual posters. Easels and mounting materials will be provided. The easels are 900mm wide by 1360mm high. This format is identical to that provided for the main IJCNLP poster sessions.
